In two years we've worked with a dozen companies, and it was the same story every time: capable teams, valuable data, ambitious AI plans, and pilots that never shipped. Not because the models were weak, but because the data underneath was never made ready, because nobody had put an evaluation in place, and because the people advising them had never built AI at the level where that matters.
We started SynaLinks to close both gaps at once: do the unglamorous data work properly, and bring genuine, framework-level expertise to companies that need it.
