3. Service description

Synalinks provides a SaaS platform for AI-powered data analysis, enabling the construction of knowledge graphs, ontologies, and deterministic reasoning over user data. Features are detailed on the website.

4. Registration and account

Access to the service is reserved to persons aged 18 or over. Users undertake to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are in euros, excluding and including VAT. Payments are monthly or annual depending on the plan, charged in advance via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). Invoices are issued electronically. Late payments incur penalties at the legal rate (minimum 3× statutory rate) and a flat €40 collection fee (art. L.441-10 French Commercial Code). Synalinks reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

6. Term, renewal, and termination

The subscription runs for the committed period and auto-renews. Users may terminate at any time from their account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. User obligations

Users must use the service lawfully, must not upload data they do not have the right to use, must not reverse-engineer or extract source code, must not circumvent security controls, must not use the service to develop competing products, must not share credentials, and must not compromise the security or integrity of the service.

8. Moderation and monitoring

Synalinks reserves the right to monitor service usage through automated means to ensure compliance with these Terms, maintain service security and integrity, prevent fraud, and improve AI-output quality. Flagged content may be reviewed by our team. In case of violation, Synalinks may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual property

Synalinks retains all IP rights on the platform. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for the subscription term. User-provided data remains the user's exclusive property. Your data, queries, and generated responses are never used to train AI models.
